New Store Opening

Job Status: Full-Time

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating excellent glasses-shopping experiences. (This role is similar to an Assistant Store Manager at other brands.) As a Sales Manager, you will engage with customers, contribute to process improvements, and participate in special projects. Your work will directly impact our company's success and provide opportunities to learn from our talented business and retail leaders. Ready to shape and drive Warby Parker Retail? Read on!

What you'll do:

  • Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Handle troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system
  • Oversee store inventory management
  • Develop new processes to enhance customer service and shopping experiences
  • Manage daily zoning schedules
  • Open and close the store
  • Lead shift meetings and other team discussions
  • Supervise a team of 8–10 members, demonstrating excellent service
  • Conduct biannual performance reviews with the Store Leader and Associate Store Leader
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new hires
  • Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and service-minded work environment

In California, the posted hourly range is $21.50 — $25.25 USD. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. The role is also eligible for a cash bonus, details of which will be discussed during the application process.
