This full‑time, exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no nights or weekends. You’ll manage staffing, budgeting, inventory, and merchandising while building a high‑performing team and growing repeat business through strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in foodservice equipment or grocery.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong budgeting, pricing, and vendor-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations including staffing, scheduling and performance management.
• Own budgeting, sales tracking, and expense control.

What You Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2–3+ years of retail management experience — food service equipment, grocery, or wholesale background a big plus
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer service instincts
• Experience with budgeting, pricing, and vendor management
• Comfort with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet through a full retail day
