We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and donors.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, donations, and production.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales, budget, and operational goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Store Leaders, Supervisors, and Retail Associates.

Physical Requirements

• Use cash registers, computers, and other retail equipment.
