European Wax Center is seeking a motivated Center Manager to lead operations at OKC or Tulsa markets, focusing on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Exceed guest expectations with every visit and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Interview, hire, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the European Wax Center brand.
• Collaborate with district leadership to identify opportunities for value adds for guests.
• Communicate business goals, contests, and performance expectations clearly to all team members.
• Lead by example in interactions with guests and staff to drive performance and morale.
• Submit payroll and other operating reports; monitor store activities and metrics.
• Maintain brand visuals and cleanliness standards across the center.
• Manage and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs and maximize coverage.
• Minimize losses by following loss prevention best practices.

As an EWC Center Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax specialists and help them achieve their personal best. WHAT WE NEED:

• Ensure an experience that exceeds guest expectations each and every visit
• Interview, hire and develop an all-star team of professionals who are passionate about our brand and continually achieve service and sales goals
• Work side-by-side with the district manager to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests

• Lead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team members

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have 1 year of previous management experience preferably in a specialty store or multi-service environment
• Must be confident and positive with excellent communication skills
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented
• Reliable means of transportation
