Job summary

Le Creuset in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead our premium shop floor, drive sales, and deliver a distinctive customer experience. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and financial targets in a bustling onsite environment.

This role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, strong leadership, and hands-on supervision of daily operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to maintain the signature Le Creuset look
