Job summary

Le Creuset Cypress is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals. You will motivate the team, model brand standards, and drive results in a dynamic premium retail environment.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence while delivering hospitality and a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be physically able to be mobile on the sales floor and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Desire to develop and grow into future leadership roles.

• Drive business results: partner with the Store Manager to execute strategies achieving sales, KPI, and company goals while leading on the sales floor.
• Lead & develop talent: coach, motivate, and recognize associates to foster accountability and performance.
