Job summary

Le Creuset in Aurora, IL is seeking an attentive Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals. You will model brand standards, motivate the team, and help drive results on the sales floor.

This role requires flexibility for a nontraditional schedule, physical mobility on the floor, and prior retail experience. You will uphold visual and operational standards while delivering a premium customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Desire to develop and grow into future leadership roles.
