Job description

We are currently seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager to join our established, but rapidly growing organic mattress and bedding brand, specifically at our Minnetonka, MN showroom. This is an hourly position at $30/hr ($60k per year based on 40 hrs per week) plus quarterly commission and benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Experience and Skillset

• Minimum 4-5 years Retail Sales Management experience.
• Experience in Mattress, Furniture/Home Furnishings or related industry preferred.
• Understanding of retail management including merchandising, inventory, delivery, record keeping, sales goals, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to multi-task, lead a team, and manage multiple projects and issues concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to engage with the local community and participate in local events and outreach.
• Flexible schedule is required.
