Full-time

The Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is currently seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to support and oversee our LaGrange Retail Store.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, support, and coach retail team members on customer service, engagement, processing, and warehouse efficiency.
• Generate labor schedules and delegate assignments.
• Manage store operations including recruiting, hiring, training, and team development; complete and submit all related documentation.
• Analyze reports to inform decision-making.
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement in production, customer service, sales, safety, and logistics.
• Prioritize safety for team members, customers, and donors by ensuring work areas are organized and safety procedures are followed.
• Record daily donations, production counts, and salvage inventory.
• Manage maintenance and supplies for the store and associated donation centers.
• Embed GoodwillSR's mission and values into daily activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager.

This role operates in a retail/warehouse environment, which may involve indoor and outdoor conditions, dust, allergens, noise, and temperature variations.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent knowledge.
• At least 3 years of retail management and team leadership experience.
