About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Irvine, CA location! In this role, you will lead the local store staff, ensuring effective supervision, mentoring, sales growth, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining and improving store operations to ensure high standards of client service and sales performance.
2. Supporting daily store functions, including client interaction, procurement, and cross-departmental support.
3. Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining staff through standardized processes and performance management.
4. Fostering a results-driven environment where the team feels supported to achieve sales goals.
5. Becoming a subject matter expert across all areas of the business to support knowledge sharing and innovative growth ideas.

What We’re Looking For

1. At least 2 years of experience leading employees in a retail setting.
2. Willingness to learn and be coached as a new leader, including recruiting, performance management, and goal setting.
3. A passion for assisting high-end clients with a professional and elevated approach.
4. Knowledge of luxury products and accessories.
5. Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement.
6. Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.

Compensation

The target salary range is $70,000-$85,000 for our Irvine, CA location, with eligibility for monthly and quarterly bonuses based on store performance. Compensation varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. This information is current as of the posting date and may be updated.
