Framebridge Inc. in Hoboken seeks a Store Manager to uphold exceptional customer service and represent our brand on the sales floor. You will lead, recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while driving store operations and achieving financial goals.

You will partner with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations, deliver design expertise to customers, and organize in-store events to engage the community. evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Store Manager in a customer-facing retail/sales or hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.
• Engaging personality with strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of delivering positive business results.

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members to reflect company values.

• Collaborate with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers, and coach staff accordingly.
• Coordinate in-store events with the marketing team to drive community engagement.
