- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
- Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations
- Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same

- Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting
- Excited about building, developing, and coaching a high-performing retail team
- An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering positive business results
- Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
- Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
- Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required
This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:
- Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
- Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

The base range is $65,000 – $72,000, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
