Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Colorado LLC seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, develop associates, and drive sales. You will oversee all daily store functions, ensure excellent customer service, and safeguard assets while building community partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
