Function

Manages the assigned store location to ensure optimal performance and profitability while delivering the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction to grow business and increase sales. Works closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiencies and productivity levels. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Description

Responsible for meeting or exceeding objectives in sales, units, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the store. Utilizes tools and software to control expenses and maintain productivity. Leads and coaches staff, recruits, trains, and develops employees, and ensures a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.

Major Responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
2. Lead, coach, and direct staff, setting clear expectations and goals.
3. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain qualified employees.
4. Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with other departments to grow the business.
6. Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment.
7. Create an attractive and welcoming showroom and waiting area.
8. Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Education/Experience

High school diploma with 3-5 years of retail/industry experience; valid driver’s license; ASE certification a plus; supervisory experience preferred.
