Bob’s Discount Furniture, LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume store and drive customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and hands-on coaching. You will manage floor operations, showroom presentation, and daily performance while upholding our service standards and culture.

The role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Competitive benefits and a performance-based bonus are offered.
