Bob’s Discount Furniture, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a motivated commission-based sales team in a fast-growing omnichannel environment. You will coach staff, drive customer engagement, and execute our sales strategy while maintaining showroom readiness and high service standards.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role.
• Experience managing commission-based teams.
• Familiarity with e-learning and team training platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
