Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to balance leadership on the sales floor with strategic oversight of back-end operations, logistics, and team development. You’ll drive store performance and operational goals, delivering the Bob’s Way in a fast-paced showroom environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and offers a base salary with incentive bonuses, aiming for total compensation in the mid to high $60k range with strong

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Physical Demands: ability to lift, move, or slide merchandise up to 75 lbs; stand and walk on the sales floor.
