Primary Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to provide exceptional associate and customer service experiences, ensuring that all company standards are consistently demonstrated.
• Executes company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and expectations.
• Acts as a “talent grower”: coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet staffing budgets.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods on a regular basis.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
