5.11 is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Tulsa to lead daily operations, drive store performance, and deliver the 5.11 EDGE customer service experience. You will guide your team to meet ambitious goals, exceed customer expectations, and uphold the brand's high standards.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory retail leadership, a passion for outdoor gear, strong coaching, inventory and visual merchandising skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Lead a customer first culture and empower your team to thrive! As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations and drive store performance. You’ll guide your team to meet ambitious goals, exceed customer expectations, and uphold the high standards that define a 5.11 store.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced retail leader with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, focused on driving sales, developing talent, and motivating teams to perform at a high level.
• Skilled in coaching and developing others, managing operations, and maintaining visual and inventory standards.

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour plus bonus!
