Job Title: Store Manager

Company Overview: Isabel Bloom is a well-established specialty retail store known for its unique concrete sculptures handcrafted by local artisans in Iowa.

Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic, experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee all daily operations at our Davenport store.

Responsibilities:
  1. Foster a customer-focused team environment that anticipates customer needs, ensures satisfaction, and builds loyalty.
  2. Create a positive work environment through effective leadership.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with company owners regarding store goals and performance.
  4. Train and coach team members to reach their highest potential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in retail with a proven record of driving sales growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail management practices and procedures.
  • Experience in developing and managing projects or initiatives.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and profits while mentoring team members.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous cash register and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise up to 55 lbs with assistance.
  • Pre-employment drug test, background, and credit checks required.
