Our retail store managers lead the successful operation of the entire store, building and leading passionate teams dedicated to merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key initiatives.
2. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors by delivering exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences, ensuring company standards are met in every interaction.
3. Implement company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
4. Develop talent through coaching, training, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates to align with business needs and staffing budgets.
5. Maintain security of the store and all company assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
