We are a Family owned and operated fast growing Mattress Retailer company based in Illinois that services Chicago, Chicago area suburbs, Northwestern Indiana, and the Detroit Michigan area.

The family-owned culture quickly disappeared. Treating customers and employees like family was replaced by big corporate policies.

Position

• We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager. The pay range we’re offering is $50,000 to $120,000.
• We offer Medical, dental, life, and vision plans.
• Pay includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• We also offer paid vacation time.
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (typical retail hours to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.).
• Passion for sales is a plus.
• Transportation to travel to various stores is assigned.
