An Ollie’s retail store manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. Our retail store managers build and lead passionate teams focused on merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and profit goals, including payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service; ensure standards are met in every interaction.
• Implement strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory management to meet operational goals.
• Coach, train, develop, evaluate, supervise, and schedule store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Maintain security of the store and company assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s license required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds
• Stand for extended periods and work safely
