Weezie is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta store. In this role, you will maximize sales, deliver unparalleled customer service, and establish strong, lasting relationships with our customers. You will also manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, team leadership, facilities upkeep, and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about the Weezie brand, and excels at driving revenue.
What You’ll Do:
Generate Revenue:
- Drive in-store sales to meet or exceed revenue targets by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating deep brand and product knowledge, and effectively managing your team.
- Drive engagement through strategic visual merchandising and performance-based improvements.
- Enhance brand awareness and community engagement through creative marketing initiatives, social media, and in-store activations.
Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience:
- Create a welcoming and memorable shopping environment that reflects Weezie’s brand values, fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
Store Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, including operating an in-store embroidery machine, managing inventory, maintaining the facilities, and other essential daily functions.
Manage a Team
- Train and manage the store team to meet revenue goals and KPIs while upholding Weezie’s brand standards.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager with a proven track record in driving retail sales. Assistant Managers with strong qualifications will also be considered.
- Strong integrity and accountability, taking full ownership of store results.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs) and Excel.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders or step stools.
What to Expect:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, salaried position. 5 days per week with a set schedule established monthly. Availability Monday–Saturday required.
- Hours: Generally 9:30am–5:30pm, with flexibility based on store needs.
- PTO: 10 days per year, in addition to all company holidays. Blackout dates apply during high-volume seasons (e.g. holidays, promotions, new launches).
