What We’re Looking For

Travelpro Luggage Outlet is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee our Allen, TX location. The ideal candidate will manage staff, drive profitable sales, and demonstrate creative leadership to motivate employees.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will be sales and team-oriented, detail-focused, and professional, with responsibilities including:

• Sales and Operations – Manage store sales, marketing, budgets, and daily financial transactions. Maintain inventory, create displays, and develop cost-effective strategies in collaboration with regional leaders.
• Customer Service – Address customer issues promptly and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Staff Supervision – Lead hiring, organize store functions and events, manage schedules, and motivate the team through communication, awards, and incentives.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience preferred.
• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Calm, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent customer service and budget management skills.
