Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) – Allen Premium Outlets

Overview:

Travelpro Luggage Outlet is a leading seller of high-quality Travelpro branded luggage, travel bags, and accessories. Our Assistant Store Manager's primary responsibility is to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Who You Are:

• Outgoing and eager to meet and assist new people
• Positive, energetic, and possess a “Can-Do” attitude
• Interested in learning about new travel trends and innovative products
• Results-driven with a desire to earn additional sales bonuses alongside a competitive wage

Responsibilities:

• Engage with and educate customers to help them select the best products for their travel needs
• Achieve and surpass daily and monthly sales goals
• Lead the store in the absence of the store manager
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and maintain an inviting store environment
• Perform daily tasks such as restocking and ringing up customers
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive environment for customers and staff
• Adhere to our core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity
