The position starts at $35.50 per hour, with a first-year earnings potential of $108,500–$122,500, including salary and bonus where applicable. Travel to multiple locations is required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to lead, train and manage store personnel to achieve results.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and store standards.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales and customer satisfaction.
• Prepares weekly schedules and manages expenses and inventory procedures.
