Cash America Pawn is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on management experience in retail operations. You will work with store leadership to learn daily operations, customer service, inventory, and performance management while handling a diverse merchandise mix including jewelry and electronics.

Training combined with real responsibilities prepares you to lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
