Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer including reports, inventory control, cash control and related duties.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide performance feedback and train staff on safety and company standards.
• Communicate with site employees through regular meetings.
• Organize files, reports, and inventories; ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
