Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Ability to use a computer to analyze reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image and schedule employees per company guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure timely submissions.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
