Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations, motivate a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth.

As part of Management, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive sales, manage inventories, and ensure policy compliance while fostering an inclusive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and hitting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with passion for service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with retail software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities
