Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to policies, proper inventory protection, and brand standards.
• Lead the selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
