Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations, including sales leadership, merchandising, customer service, and training.
• Ensure daily sales and operations meet goals in partnership with Store Manager.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding service to donors and customers.
• Train staff, provide feedback, and assist in scheduling and supervision.
• Manage POS functions and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
