Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style.
• Monitor stock levels, restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
