Job summary

DTLR, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering top sales, sharp merchandising, and outstanding customer service across our stores.

You will help recruit, train, and develop the team, manage expenses and inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies while driving shrink control and profitability. The role requires at least one year in retail management and offers a pay range of $15.25 to $17.25 per hour, plus a 401K and benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of the store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Model leadership to drive store goals and training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection, and training of store personnel.
• Assist Store Manager with performance evaluations and feedback.
• Assist with expense management and budget alignment.
• Monitor shrink and loss controls to meet company targets.
• Support customer service standards and merchandising execution.
• Assist in inventory counts and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
