You will supervise 20–30 employees in a busy retail environment, schedule effectively, train new hires, and monitor sales performance while upholding company policies and standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and current market trends.

Responsabilidades
