Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Staff, train and develop leadership team to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and associate performance in line with budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and loss prevention programs.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and customer service across the sales floor, front end, and stockroom.
