Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee brand-aligned visual merchandising and store layout standards.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and floor presentation for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Drive revenue growth with performance strategies and targeted sales initiatives.
• Proactively address customer concerns and maintain satisfaction.
