Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation across the store.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and floor planning for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and processes.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Proactively address customer concerns and solve problems to maintain satisfaction.
