Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Establish action plans to accomplish store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Be aware of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained.
• Assist in promoting and selling services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and standards as listed in manuals.
