Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for our Lafayette, IN location. The role leads daily store operations, supervises staff, ensures superior customer service, and drives sales while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.

You will recruit, train and develop team members, manage inventory and reports, and communicate effectively with corporate management. This full-time role requires a proactive leader with retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for equipment usage.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure customer service excellence.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Implement fair, non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and posts/signs are up to date.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
