Responsibilities

• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Uphold quality customer service per manuals and standards.
• Perform general administrative duties and store responsibilities as needed.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Comply with all store policies and internal controls; report potential fraud risk.
