Job summary

maurices is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead a team of 8–20 associates (including 3–4 managers) at Store 2157-White Lake Mktplc-maurices-White Lake, MI 48386. You will drive sales, loyalty and talent development while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll manage omni-channel operations, visual presentation and store expenses, while connecting with the community and implementing growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience, required.
• Specialty retail store management experience, preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results
• Computer Proficiency, necessary
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours
