Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to join our North Charleston store team. You will help implement strategies, drive operational excellence, and ensure an outstanding customer experience that supports brand equity and growth.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and work closely with management to meet sales goals while upholding policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Is good with people and can coach store associates to perform effectively.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Able to follow store policies and procedures and support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence.
• Ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.
• Drive sales by executing sales strategies and monitoring performance.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
