The Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Illinois. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, budgets, and local marketing efforts to grow store performance and brand presence. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
