• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates to enhance customer experiences and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and brand standards across the location.
• Lead Omni-channel initiatives and ensure effective use of digital tools (scheduling, inventory, POS).
• Manage payroll hours, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and inclusive store environment with loss prevention in mind.
