Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, drive sales, and uphold company standards. The role emphasizes supervision of Associates, scheduling, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires strong customer service, English fluency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure a safe, productive, and welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise and motivate Store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity.
• Assists in analysis of Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Ensures scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Maintains payroll administration and scheduling compliance.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Monitors Store safety and Loss Prevention programs.
