Job summary

LEGO Group in Glendale, CA is looking for a Sales Associate to support the store team by assisting the ASM and SM with scheduling, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring merchandise is presented according to guidelines.

This role includes handling orders for store supplies within budget, following money-handling procedures, maintaining a well-organized stockroom, and contributing to loss-prevention targets. LEGO emphasizes a hybrid work policy with an average of 3 days in the office.

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50 - $26.70 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
