Jamesavery in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Store Manager for Shops of Chisholm Trail. You will lead daily store operations, hire and train staff, manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control to ensure goals are met.

You will coordinate with leadership to drive customer service, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a productive work environment.

• Associate’s Degree in a related field is required.

• Manages the inventory processes including inventory cycle counting, inventory adjustments, and shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Regularly communicates goals and performance metrics results with all associates and monitors results to verify that goals are met.
