Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail management.
• Strong communication with staff, management and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership and training capabilities.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead with effective leadership to meet store goals and training standards.
• Recruit, select and train store personnel.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Assist with expense management and budget strategies.
• Monitor loss/shrink and maintain shrink at or below plan.
• Ensure safety and adherence to business standards.
• Train employees in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a friendly store environment.
• Assist in merchandise inventory counts and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
